About the Future Climate and Adaptation Hub

The Future Climate and Adaptation Hub is administered by the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) and serves as the NSW Government’s reliable source for climate information data, tools, and resources to support risk management, and adaptation and disaster risk planning.

Developed to support the NSW Climate Change Adaptation Strategy, the Hub provides state and local government agencies, and communities access to data addressing climate hazards, exposure, and vulnerability. These resources help users assess risk and make informed decisions to prepare for, and adapt, to the impacts of climate change.

Data published on the Hub is drawn from the research outputs of the Science and Insights Division of DCCEEW, ensuring that the information is grounded in scientific rigour.
